Scrapbook Layouts for SCS Swap! AND BLOG CANDY!!!

Lets start with the blog candy! I promised that once I hit 50 followers I'd have some for you all and I am now at 52...yay! The picture below shows what you can win! You will have until the 30th to enter.
So, you all have read that I'm playing softball and the other night one of the girl's husbands' was taking pictures of us and posted them on their FB page....well....have you ever NOT realized just how horrible you look until you see yourself in a picture? I mean, I know I have gained a lot of weight since being here in Germany and having my second child but holy cow....my legs look sooooo white and fat that I will now be buying a pair of pants to wear for all future softball games....and I will only be wearing shorts around the house. That's how bad I looked! So I know your wondering why I'm telling you all this.....in your post for the blog candy I want you to tell me how you have lost weight or kept weight off. I know 90% of us have struggled with our weight at some point in our lives and I could use all the help I can get right now!
UGH!!!!!

On to better things right?!!! Here is a double page layout I made for a cricut swap I recently did. I just love all these colors and the cartridge I used was Paisley. Isn't that mushroom adorable?

Here is the second set I did. I used Winter Woodland for this set. Okay...I just realized it didn't upload the second page. WTH!! Okay...there we go...both pages! I know this one is kind of simple for what I normally put together for my pages but I kind of like it! And of course you can't tell on here but there is lots of sparkle.

Layout ~~April I love the Girl layout, it so cute I could see my lil baby girl on this layout I may scrap lift it *hint*:) I really think the winter layout is cute too to bad we really don't have a winter here in Texas.

Weight Lose~ Well I myself have struggled with my weight and just recent almost like you I saw a picture and near broke into tear at how big I had let myself. So I am 14 pounds down, I workout twice a day 30 mins at a time , NO SODAS, I drink diet and tea on occasion but mostly water. Another thing I do is I count calories and carbs. The biggest advised I can give is stay forced on your goal I have a high school photo in my food journal to remained me of where I have been and where I would like to return to. I hope this helps :)

I hope these are for my Cricut swap in SCS cuz I love them! I really, really like the colors and paper for the first layout...Paisly, hhmmm, I don't have that cartridge!,

Gorgeous layouts!! I really love the DP you used for the first 2.

As for losing weight, hum...I'm working on that myself. I'm just trying to watch what I eat and exercise at least 3 days a week. I've been using this website to calculate calories consumed and burned. I find it very helpful. www.myfitnesspal.com/

Great pages April, I am not in either of your groups. As for weight loss, I gave up diet coke and artificial sweeteners. I have added more fruits and vegetables and I walk every day (just about). The exercise really helps. I lost 15 pounds but have been slacking so may have put a few on. Your endurance will build up, I used to huff going up the stairs to work and now it is much easier! Good luck, it is really hard! Oh I love the MAyo CLinic diet book, it is really basic and easy to follow. I bought the journal too, you keep track of what you eat, exercise, etc. It really helped me stay on track.
